Please keep in mind our opening hours as any cancellation requests made outside of this period, will not be answered.
If your order has already left our facility, we kindly ask that all the item(s) are returned using our returns form. Return via your preferred method. We recommend that you choose a tracked service. Please keep the receipt as proof of postage. You will be responsible for the cost of postage for the return. The item(s) must be in their original condition and will be inspected by our returns team on their arrival. Once the returned items are accepted, we will issue a full refund minus the outbound delivery cost.
